Now that the ”’political situation”’ got solved in Thailand, the MOU that APWR management alluded to in the conference call should be announced and 300 million more in backlog added to the existing backlog of 800 million almost guarantees APWR will rocket in 2009. Distributed power is what APWR does with a wind kicker for 2009. What is distributed power??? Waikepedi ”’distributed power”’ which breaks down to ”building smaller localized power plants”’ using wind or solar or geothermal. NOT having to carry large amounts of electricity over hundreds of miles of utility lines makes APWR the perfect solution for all of ASIA and all of China. APWR about to take off after building a large consolidation base in the mid $4’s. Tweeter me this, ”’WHAT is APWR Management doing”’????????
Answer:: getting ready to announce the LARGEST EVER Distributed Power contract in company history!!!!

Danish wind turbine supplier Vestas is seeking to consolidate its presence in Portland, Ore., by building a new headquarters for Vestas Americas, the company’s business unit responsible for wind turbine sales, installation, and service and maintenance in North America.
Vestas Americas has been headquartered in Portland since 2002. In addition to the headquarters, Portland is home to one of Vestas’ regional IT centers, a tools warehouse and the Vestas Business Academy training facility.
The proposed new headquarters, which is expected to be over 500,000 square feet in size and LEED Platinum certified, will consolidate Vestas’ presence in Portland, as well as allow for future growth.
