• Liaoning Hi-Tech (GaoKe) Energy Group’s Commerce Department Chief Wang Guijuan led a group of 5 people on a 10-day trip starting July 6, 2009, to visit Nigeria. The group visited Nigeria Government as well as the First Lady of Nigeria to discuss bilateral cooperation.

• Shenyang Power Group and Liaoning Hi-Tech (GaoKe) Energy Group vice president Wu Shiyou led a group of 6 people embarked for Thailand’s AA Company on July 12, 2009, for business negotiation. A signing, as a result of the negotiation, is expected soon.

• On July 13, 2009, Jinzhou Daxinglong Mountain Wind Power Generation Plant officially started the installation preparatory work:
1) the wind tower selection has begun
2) the site construction survey has begun
3) The technical preparation for the 2.7MW wind turbine installation has begun
