On Twitter, one can use a # Hashtag to identify a select term like #obama or #Windpower. My twitter hashtag this evening is #ChinaChange to prove my point. I am guessing 99.9999% of all folks in world dont have a clue about what I am typing and sadly, 99.99% could care less about China changing to wind power and curbing their coal growth. Sure , China is never going to get completely away from coal and neither is the dirty polluting USA , we are coal users for life sadly but its cheap and plentiful.

The use of coal by USA and China is both economics and country security since both China and USA have an abundance of coal domestically. However, the reality is both China and USA are just polluting ourselves into a needed #ChinaChange scenario where China must change to some wind power or else pollute their country and people to death. Copenhagen will like this new China idea and numbers for wind power 2020 and especially 2030. China and USA will install more wind power than the rest of the world added together as China and USA both steer towards more wind power for 2020 and 2030 and will be announced Monday by the Obama administration in China .

#ChinaChange will be good for all those following green energy.!

After doing some more due diligence, the speculation Part II is that the Chinese finance the APWR /Furhlandher Montana wind turbine plant which makes much more logical sense if you connect the dots and tie in the breadcrumbs of the past to the future. Butte , Montana was chose two years ago for the first ever German wind turbine factory but has been put on hold for the last year due to financing and the global credit crisis. The USA needs wind power and Montana is perfect to take advantage of the coming need to replace coal for wind power given the location of the Rockies and the shipping and distribution of wind turbines for North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, etc etc etc……….

and GREEN JOBS for USA is the Obama theme for the upcoming 10 years and the trillions in green spending coming………..the CHINESE OWN US so they may as well capitalize on their ability to finance us and build green. China needs the USA market because the size and girth of the USA WIND MARKET is 2nd to the Chinese market but combined, the USA and CHINA will be building more wind turbines than you can count. Current production requires a Wind Turbine every 20 minutes till 2030 be produced in China and USA just to meet our current needs through 2030. Right now, GE and Vestas can crank out a Wind Turbine every four hours around the clock. With 300,000 NEW WIND TURBINES needed by 2030, the math is on expansion of current wind turbine production facilities and China financing this Butte, Montana facility makes perfect logical sensed.

Will Obama announce this Montana plant on his current China trip??? Its a WIND WIND SITUATION for Montana and the USA, Green JOBS for America!

Ok, here is one for the record books but I have a unique and keen interest in trying to predict the future for APWR and Wind Energy and China………I predicted APWR would partner with either GE or VESTAS inside China and lo and behold , GE partners with APWR to build the worlds largest gear box factory inside Shenyang , China for all of Asia.

Today, we coming out with “”BLOCKBUSTER II”” guess and estimate……..GE is going to partner with APWR for a 2nd Wind Turbine plant in USA to build APWR 2.7mw Wind Turbines inside USA to take advantage of USA stimulus package and the China banks ability to borrow and finance projects creating jobs for USA and clean energy for USA. Will this be announced in the USA Obama China clean energy trip????????

GE partnered with the Chinese is a WIND WIND Situation where GE takes the GE flag and the Chinese banks and combines on the lands of the USA a monster plant to take advantage of first mover status and build and design USA wind turbines using Chinese money and financing. This partnership will shoot APWR to the moon in future earnings and future revenues. OF COURSE “”"”"THIS”"”"”"”" is MY GUESS and MY RESEARCH and MY ESTIMATE!!! Will I be right will be the chapter of my book in the future of “”HOW DID HE KNOW”"????? Sometimes, its better to be lucky than good! IF U watch the videos above of USREG announcing the MOU of the China Wind Farm on Texas soil, watch the 2nd video when the CEO of Furhlandher lets go the 2nd plant announcement in USA for a new wind turbine site on USA ground and watch the ”body language” of the CEO of APWR.

Anyone who hasn’t watched and listened to the videos needs to. Excellent move for US-REG to post the full content on their site as it removes “doubt” created as to what was or wasn’t said as portrayed through the media.

Few exerpts of comments I made notes about – areas reinforced or brought to point by those speaking and answering questions:

1) Good government relations – on both sides – essential in making this happen.

2) They are looking at the “macro” picture.

3) Lu reinforced credit market problems delayed alt energy projects globally but they are seeing recovery moving forward.

4) Reinforced they “had” support from Washington several times. (Obama/Obama Admin)

5) All parties reinforced severals times that they found A-Power and Fuerlander offered the BEST turbine technology out there globally. Interesting that GE’s rep stated this outright as well – “they have the best turbine technology out there”. (What about GE’s? – haha.) So in seeking “who”, it was based on best technology and manufacturer coupled with the capital source.

6) Fuerlander and GE both reiterated they chose to partner with A-Power.

7) Lu reiterated in working on this project (and US/China together) they must focus on execution and relations at tall times moving forward.

For anyone who didn’t know (I didn’t) – John speaks English.

9) John was also put forth to speak in answering the question regarding project financing. US-REG then stated they will seek to take advantage of ALL opps available via the US stimulus program.

10) It was confirmed Cielo has over 4000 mw of wind “being developed or in development” and this may be just the first of many deals together. Later confirmed it is very possible they will work together on future projects coming up in the next couple years.

Last, as far as Fuerlanders comments…he did state they will be looking to open 2 sites in the US when talking about the jobs that will be created.

HOWEVER, what I found even more interesting was Lu’s reaction to hearing this from Fuerlander. If anyone didn’t catch it – look again and watch Lu. I do believe Lu was not very happy (annoyed? aggravated? definitely eye rolling occurred) this information was released.
