Mr Anshutz company will be one of the big boys APWR will be gearing the new 2.7MW GE partnered gearboxe wind turbine factory built inside the USA. Where you see one of these wind farm pioneers (Mr Anshutz), there are alot more going to come out of the woodwork in the future. Mr Anshutz did not get to be the 38th richest man in the world by making bad business decisions and he realizes that with his ”’Right of Ways”’ along the railroad tracks, Power Company of Wyoming will be able to build their transmission lines to Los Vegas and get the project up and running on schedule!
PCOW, if U need any more help, I would LOVE to work for you cause I can digg with the best of them in any way, shape , or form!

will investors today focus on the one day “”"Dubai Panic”’ or will they focus on the next 10 years and the need for China to spend 454 Billion on Green Energy and Wind Power????? My guess is the sheep will focus on the rumor of a wolf in Dubai coming to their front door trying to blow their house of bricks down……….but, the “”"INVESTORS”" of the world will focus on China going to spend 454 billion on green energy! APWR will get a very nice percentage of this 454 billion over time………1% is 4.54 billion, 5% is 22 BILLION

BEIJING – China announced plans Thursday to cut its carbon emissions by up to 45 percent as measured against its economic output — a commitment from the world’s largest polluter that builds momentum ahead of a widely anticipated climate conference in Copenhagen next month.
The announcement comes a day after President Barack Obama promised the U.S. would lay out plans to substantially cut its greenhouse gas emissions at the summit.
China announced earlier Thursday that Premier Wen Jiabao will take part in the Copenhagen meeting to show the country’s commitment to the global effort to reduce greenhouse emissions. The State Council announcement proposes to cut carbon intensity — carbon dioxide emissions per unit of gross domestic product — by 40 to 45 percent by 2020, compared with levels in 2005.
